Origin

From the Pro Tour
to the Bayou City.

Houston Volts was founded in 2023 by Sergio Ortiz — former President of the United States Padel Association (2020–2021) and CEO of Sports Facilities Investment Group, The Woodlands TX. The tenth franchise in the Pro Padel League and the first professional padel team in the city's history.

Home venue: PELOTA Padel Club — a 40,000-square-foot facility in The Woodlands featuring 9 indoor courts, 3 outdoor courts, and a stadium court. Claimed to be the largest padel facility in the United States.

The 2025 tour stops.

The Houston Volts traveled five Pro Padel League stops across the United States, Spain and Mexico — the schedule listed on the club's official site.

  • Jun 19–22, 2025

    Miami, USA

    Opening stop of the 2025 PPL season. The Volts kick off their campaign in South Florida — the home turf of the Miami Padel Club and Florida Goats franchises.

  • Jul 10–13, 2025

    San Sebastián, Spain

    The international stop. Houston travels to the Basque Coast, deep in the heartland of professional padel, for the only European date on the calendar.

  • Aug 14–17, 2025

    Guadalajara, Mexico

    The Volts cross south for the Mexican leg of the tour — historically one of the most electric crowds on the schedule.

  • Aug 30 – Sep 1, 2025

    The Hamptons, USA

    Late-summer East Coast stop. Padel meets the Hamptons end-of-season, on a single show court built in front of a tight crowd.

  • Oct 16–19, 2025

    New York, USA

    Season finale. The closing event of the 2025 PPL calendar — the Volts' last shot at points before the final standings are set.
